Privacy Policy
This policy covers www.wradlabs.com, operated by Wrad Labs Inc. The site is a static marketing page with one interactive feature — the contact form. It has no accounts and no logins, sets no cookies, and does not identify or profile you. It does count page views, using a privacy-first analytics service described below.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form:
- Name and email address — required, so we can reply to you.
- Message — required; whatever you choose to tell us.
The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that is invisible to people and is only filled in by automated bots; submissions that fill it are discarded. A fixed subject line is attached to the notification we receive. We collect nothing else, and there is no other way to submit information to us through this site.
How we use it
Solely to read and respond to your inquiry — for example, to follow up about a collaboration, partnership, or question you've raised. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.
Who processes it
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each one is listed here along with what it receives:
- Formspree — receives your submission and delivers it to our mailbox. A copy stays in our Formspree submission history for up to 30 days, then expires.
- Google Workspace — hosts our hello@wradlabs.com mailbox, where your inquiry arrives and is stored as email.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of this site as its network edge and terminates the HTTPS connection, so it processes your IP address and connection details on every request. It also caches pages and filters malicious traffic.
- GitHub Pages and its content delivery network, Fastly — host and serve the pages behind Cloudflare. Like any web host, they process technical connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — counts page views so we can see which
pages people read. Your browser loads a small measurement script from
static.cloudflareinsights.com, which reports the page address, the referring page if there is one, and basic details such as browser, operating system and country. Cloudflare states that it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not fingerprint you by IP address or User-Agent to produce these statistics. We see counts and trends, never individual people.
Our typefaces are served from this site itself. Loading a page here makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service, so no third party learns your IP address that way.
These providers process data in the United States. Apart from the page-view counting described above, we use no advertising, marketing, or social-media tracking services of any kind, and we do not sell or share data with any of them.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser — including the analytics described above, which is deliberately cookie-free. There is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies.
How long we keep it
Your inquiry reaches us as email and stays in our contact mailbox, along with any reply we send. We keep that correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months, after which we delete it. The separate copy held by Formspree expires on its own after 30 days.
If you would like your inquiry deleted sooner, email hello@wradlabs.com and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information of yours we hold, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wradlabs.com and we will respond. There is no account to close and no mailing list to unsubscribe from — we do not send marketing email.
Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we add a form field, change a provider, or otherwise change what we collect, we update this page and the date at the top before that change goes live.
